Registration will begin at 7am but we recommend golfers check-in no later than 7:30am. 

Please ensure you bring the confirmation email with your name on it or a government-issued ID. 

As golf is an outdoor and generally socially distanced activity we do not have any restrictions at this time. State and city mandates shift frequently so be sure to check back for more information!

The tournament will be played as long as the course remains open. However, should the course close due to weather we will send an email to all participants that morning.  

Of course! Participants are allowed to take pictures but please be mindful of golfers when they are swinging. We will also have a photographer taking event photos. Feel free to post any photos to social media using the hashtag #RoudnsForRon

There are no age restrictions for playing. All player registration fees are the same regardless of players age

Unfortunately, no.  However, if you are registered but cannot golf on the day of the tournament, you can have someone replace you in the foursome.  Just let us know before the event.

Courses typically offer rentals however you should reach out to Merrimack prior to the event to confirm if they have a set for you!

Proper golf attire is always required at MVGC. Shirts must have collars. Tank tops, T-shirts and jeans are not permitted. No metal spikes allowed, as we are a soft-spike facility. 

Yes! Golfers will be provided lunch by The American BBQ (https://theamericanbbq.com). Please reach out to us if you would like us to check with them on specific allergies and food restrictions.

Menu will be Pulled Pork*, Rotisserie Chicken* and St. Louis Ribs*, Mac and Cheese, Cucumber Onion Salad (V)*, Mashed Potatoes* (* indicates Gluten Free)
